Years ago, according to Lumpini they didn't launch Lumpini 2 because sales of Lumpini were going very slow. Looking at Lumpini and The Base at night is seems a majority of the condos are not occupied. Maybe not sold out? Does anyone have inside info on the percentage of condos not yet sold in either...
