Caged Monkey

Just down the road from here is a Caged up monkey.
Been there at least 6 years! Never been out its cage.
Is there a place that it can be reported to?
Some people here so cruel.
I guess nobody cares anyway!

This is terrible and needs reporting. There is a form of the RSPCA here carrying the same name , i googled for nearest local office location but need some one who reads Thai well as obviously its not in English.

As info the same department who come out to catch snakes and monitor lizards that have strayed into homes also do round up stray dogs it may be worth contacting that department.

Hope something can be done.

It was about 26 years ago actually and she was cashier in Soi Cowboy and never went with customers.

I think that reporting to the local headman and possibly the tessaban will do far more good and it is then up to them. A Thai matter and really you should not get involved

Have you seen the light in seeing that things while here in Thailand you are noting that , it is their responsibility and not ours(Expats)?
