Vocational schools

Some 10 years back my exwife went to a municipal vocational school and trained as a hairdresser, she also had a sister who learned massage in the same place, they had many different courses and they were more or less free. I remember that this place was just to the right after crossing the Ringroad on the way to Khon Kaen but for sure I cannot find my way back today.
Anyone who knows about this placel and can give me a name and contact information.
