Want to purchase a condo in the Udon Thani Lumpini project. Would like a one bedroom at the 26 sqm. size, furnished, and 4th floor or below. Purchase price of 1,400,000 baht or below and will pay 100% of transfer fee. MAY CONSIDER a small home with pool access as an alternative and also at a slightly higher price.

Will not be in Thailand until early January.

Anybody reading this know of any local school looking for an ESL teacher?????
