Semolina

I have tried to get this in Udon for over 2 weeks. I have been to Schmidt and the new bakery place almost opposite Big C but no joy.They know what it is but they do not stock it nor are willing to order it. Anyone got any ideas?

Ps It's for making Focaccia

I believe I've seen it at Makro in the international foods area, in the pasta section. If I remember correctly it's on one of the lower shelves. I think you can also find it at Villa Market.

There's some contact info at the bottom of the website.....you might call and inquire whether they'll send small amounts.

That said, you might ask places like Villa/Tops/and some of the bakery supply stores around town if they have
"แป้งแซลโมลินา(แป้งหมี่แบบหยาบ)"

tried Makro at the very beginning but they do not stock it. Will try Villa.

Wow 25KGS. You only need to add 20 grammes of the stuff to 500 grammes of flour for a focaccia
