CO2 refill

Looking to refill a CO2 cylinder - anyone know where in or close to Udon ?

Chris says they dont refill there but rather exchange your bottle.

There is /was a shop on the LHS going towards Nong Khai on the the ring road just before a set of traffic lights where you U turn for Global . Drop[ off , they refill Fire extinguishers and the like

Sorry I am confused - do you mean Global House as that is the opposite side to where the map points?
Where the map suggests is almost opposite Chris's on the right hand side going to NK?
