AFL finals approaching which team will take home the trophy
Re: AFL finals approaching which team will take home the trophy
The big day for Sandgroper City arrives. Perhaps every second or third year the grand final should be outside Melbourne. Go the Doggies.

Although favorites I'm thinking the Demons will choke and Bulldogs win by 17 points.

Not so long ago would have been sacrilege but don't have a problem with it anymore. So much has changed in the last 18 months.

Kudos to the Melbourne Football Club, in winning their first premiership in over 50 years.
It was a strange game, with Melbourne dominance in the 1st quarter, countered by Doggies equal dominance in the 2nd.
Half way through the third, it became one way traffic.
Petracca a clear winner of the Normie.
Brilliant venue and atmosphere.
Roll on 2022, and up the mighty Eagles.

Grumble grumble.
On the bright side, it wasn't Carlton winning.

That score line typifies the sort of results I've had in my footy tipping comps. this season.
Well done Demons!

Well done to the Dees. By far the better team. Dogs gave their all and were in it up until the last 5 minutes of the the third quarter. We had a good year, in a strange year, winning three finals but fell badly at the last hurdle. On the bright side we have improvement in us. Hopefully on the last Saturday in September next year I can watch the dogs, at 'the G,' from somewhere in Thailand.
