Guesthouse or Condo

Looking for a room at a guesthouse or 1 br condo to rent within 1-2 kms from Central around mid November for 2 months or maybe more on a monthly rate. Any recommendations?

Try Grand Perfect Apartments. Nice, clean, includes parking, owner speaks English and lives on site.
