The couple making these (ex Udon business owners) have set up shop near me. I have converted to their pastries as being the best in a loooong time anywhere in Thailand, the fillings are execellent. Just one criticism relates to the pie pastry - They use "Puff Pastry" no big deal in itself but messy if eating by hand. Use a knife en fork!
