DID ANY FARANG GET AN IDP with a Thai licence
Is it possible for a farang to get an IDP with a Thai licence in Thailand?

Yes, it is easy to get. Did it twice.
Go to the DLT with passport, address confirmation, Thai license and photos. It may take you half an hour.
