How to call the US?

I don't know what happened, but I need to call my brother. He lives in Michigan.USA. and I cannot get a callout and it seems all my emails are blocked. I have alot of gold in a bank and I need him to have it. And I have 2 cars, I need him to have it, and I have a boat load of stuff I would like him to have. But Google is blocking me, can someone help me with this matter?
I'm just a stupid farang, living here and want to help my family because they are no so smart, and every thing I touch seems to turn to gold. Please help me.

Maybe someone on the other end has blocked his email, but I do know wife has problems with Hotmail when she's in Thailand as she was registered in U.S. so she must verify via recovery email address (Yahoo) pre-set in hotmail account before she can use in Thailand

003 may actually only work for AIS, but it is crystal clear....and hint: don't use 001 for US Country code...just 1.

For the most part this is true about Video Chat on Facebook. However, there are still issues that crop up from time to time. For instance, last night a video chat between Toronto and Khon Kaen went awry as the voice and video were not in sync and the video link was blurry. Sometimes this can be cleared up by re-connecting, but the issue happens a few times a week. Nevertheless, it is an excellent service and Niggly's view should be endorsed...and embraced.
