Does anybody know current limits of nomber of people in udon for private functions?

That would be best checked up by a phone call to the Tessaban Whizza .. i read on Thai PBS functions banned over 50 ppl .. also a lower number for funerals etc plus .... 18 was a figure commented on for family gatherings etc.

If its yer birthday bash Whizzy ..no worries only you and the local soi dog there .. n hes only coming for the bone from yer pork chop and lick the plate clean ..

I think one of our current members is wrapping up 10 days ASQ. A friend of mine who got his shots from his mid-east employer started his 10-days ASQ last Thursday.

Not sure if the planned 7-day ASQ or vaccine passport malarkey will be implemented now with the current situation and India going off like a bottle rocket. The variant there may be able to bypass the antibody protections that current vaccines are built on.

US state department just red-listed Italy. Well, may be two days ago but recent enough.

I'm currently in a 10 day ASQ. Apart from a few African countries who still need to do 14 days most can now do 10 days.

The 7 days is also an option as long as you have had the full course of vaccines longer than 14 days and less than 6 months (you need to check my dates as going from memory and might be wrong).

BKK was very well organised IMO and process smooth. I was 3rd person off my flight so not sure how the 100th person will have faired.

ASQ is boring as buggery fek. No booze which was nice for 3 days but is now no longer funny. I could murder an ice cold beer or 10.

Is there a daily nationwide breakdown posted on the net of where the new cases are province by province ?

Totally agree ...that goes for many other provinces as well , fallout from allowing SK travel ?? ...

My comment was Bkk remains the epicenter.

Thailand reported 2,839 new coronavirus cases on Saturday, a record number of new cases in the country's third wave of infection, bringing total infections to 53,022 cases.

The Southeast Asian nation also reported eight new deaths, bringing the total number of fatalities to 129 since the pandemic started last year.
