The main criminal charge against Israel would seem to be the deliberate starving of the civilian population. Again where is the evidence, there is no visual evidence. All televised information show a population showing absolutely no signs of severe food shortage, in fact the Palestinian women wailing over white shrouds containing who knows what are really rather chubby individuals. The other charges aimed at Israel are the usual false claims of deliberate targeting of civilians. This accusation can be wholly laid at Hamas's feet. It is Hamas who are wearing civilian clothes, hiding in buildings among women and children. It is Hamas who have refused to leave civilian areas and face the enemy they are sworn to destroy. So who is actually carrying out War Crimes? Remind me again, please.

How do you know that
1/ The figure is correct
2/ Its mostly civilians.
We only have the Hamas propaganda machine to depend on for this information, do you believe them? 39,000 is a figure plucked out of someone's imagination, why dont they separate figures for accidental civilian casualties and Hamas hero's who have martyred themselves in the cause of Genocide of Jews and Israel. Perhaps because imaginary women and children casualty figures tend to have more of an affect on the Bleeding Heart brigade.
The Hamas propaganda machine has been shown to be absolutely economical with any form of truth.
Civilian collateral casualties are regrettable but sadly inevitable when the hero's hide amongst the civilian population, wearing the same clothing etc. I am absolutely certain that the IDF would much rather fight an identifiable opponent in open areas but as with most terrorist organisations Hamas have chosen not to fight this kind of contest therefor non fighters will continue to be included in casualty lists. Hardly Israel's fault.

Have never claimed no civilian casualties, almost a guarantee when when terrorists hide among the general population during a conflict. Hamas have deliberately caused this toll on the population by their cowardly policy of tunneling between buildings in built up areas knowing full well the IDF must target these to get to grips with the terror organisation who caused the deaths and atrocities against Israeli civilians not only on Oct 7th. but also with the continual bombardment of civilian targets in Israel with seriously inaccurate munitions.
Just remind us again who are committing War Crimes.

Some great news from the middle east. hamas has announced the death of its leader ismail haniyeh during an air strike on his home in Tehran, Iran.
haniyeh had been visiting Tehran on an official visit when his residence was hit by an air strike on Wednesday, killing both him and his bodyguard.
hamas has issued a statement on the social media platform Telegram to announce the alleged assassination.


The news of haniyeh's death comes just hours after Israel confirmed it had killed the military chief of the Lebanese Shiite group Hezbollah, fuad shukr.
shukr was believed to be “the highest-ranking military chief” of the terrorist group and a close adviser to the Hezbollah leader hassan nasrallah.

It seems the UN Human Rights Office is saying that Israel has set up its own Abu Ghraib style prison and torture system within Israel.

- A report by the UN Human Rights Office says Palestinian prisoners are being subjected to waterboarding, electric shocks and other forms of torture in Israeli prisons.

- More than 9,400 "security detainees", many seized in Gaza since Israel's war in the territory began, include doctors, nurses and women and children.

- The UN High Commissioner has called for the prisoners' immediate release as well as the hostages taken by Hamas during the October 7 attack.

Thousands of Palestinian prisoners have been subjected to waterboarding, sleep deprivation, electric shocks, the release of dogs on them and other forms of torture and mistreatment, according to a report by the UN Human Rights Office.

The report on detention, released on Wednesday local time, said Israel's prison service held more than 9,400 "security detainees" as of the end of June, and some have been held in secret without access to lawyers or respect for their legal rights.......
