Not much to think about, Alex - I saw the video, as did you (eventually).

I will leave the response to the other Aussies who have enough working brain cells to answer.
You unfortunately just watch what you want to believe then copy and paste.

UPDATE
ABC announces independent review into story which featured 'editing error' in helmet cam footage of commandos
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-09-20/ ... /104378402
I hate to piss on anyones cornflakes, but:
Channel Seven's Spotlight program on ex-commando Heston Russell accused the ABC of adding the sound of five extra gunshots into a video clip of Australian troops firing from a helicopter in Afghanistan.
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-09-20/ ... /104378402
On the other hand:
Schulz is accused of approaching 25- or 26-year-old Dad Mohammad in a wheat field in Afghanistan’s Uruzgan province in 2012 and firing three shots at the man while he was on his back with his hands and knees raised.

You still have difficulty realising that digital film is the easiest form of recorded media that can be both verbally and image manipulated very easily.
What happens when ABC say it was an editing mistake next time.
Learned a long time ago unless its absolute 1st time (original) download then unless you can touch it, feel it or hear it, its probably false info.

Seriously, a loony leftie now quoting passages from the Bible. Why not find something relevant from Marx. Or is that too clever for you?

The election promises that were never seriously on the 1 term albo agenda just adding up as lies.
Here’s the real story about immigration.
Problem is why was the target so high in the first case.

I agree with you, the target is way too high.

The trouble Australia has, it is drunk on immigration. The country would have been in recession if the immigration was smaller. Both conservative and progressive governments have recognised this and played along. You are right to raise this issue, Australia needs real growth, the down sides of huge immigration will catch up on us.

God give us strength - this government is turning out to be the ALP equivalent of Malcolm Turnbull's time in office.

So much to give, so little being delivered, so much timidity.
The federal government has given the green light to three NSW coal mines, allowing them to extend their operations for another three to four decades.

So Albanese says we can't go around deafening whales with "seismic blasting" to efficiently define the known gas reserves needed to bolster the slow switch to renewables that will take "about 20 years", but no worries digging up and burning coal for "about 20 years" after the world has been saved by solar and wind?

Dutton's nuclear option looks absolutely visionary.

What was visionary about Duttons new clear policy? I am kinda thinking we should be exploring the nuclear option, and should broaden the base for ANSTO to seriously look at the viability of nuclear.

Dutton's policy however is based on politics, not science, his time lines are totally unrealistic, and his approach is a classic example of wedge politics. Even if he assumed the mantle of PM next election, the necessary changes to Australian laws would never get through a minority Senate, 100% impossible.

It's nothing but posturing in my opinion in his attempt to differentiate the two sides of politics instead of inviting cooperation on this very major issue.

The visionary bit is that nuclear will probably outlast fossil fuels and, if there's a quantum leap in static electrical energy storage, may happily take up the slack when the 'sun don't shine and the wind don't blow' for the only two horses in the current renewables race.

He's a politician so making pie-in-the-sky projections comes with the territory as does the opposition digging its heels in just because it's political. Dutton sees Albanese struggling in the polls so pulls numbers out of his arse. Albanese sees Dutton closing the gap so pulls numbers out of his arse. It takes (at least) two to cooperate.

Tam, renewables in Australia

Hydro 6 percent
Solar 16 percent
Wind 12 percent

Interesting rooftop solar is now above 10% so only 6% from industrial solar.

Badly needed is a storage solution, where only the state with significant storage is South Australia
