I am not sure that there is much they can do after you had your stroke but see that you get the right bloodthinning meds, like Eliquis and rehab training if needed.

He can get a copy in the Arrival hall at the Airport. They are by the door you exit after picking up your luggage.

I use a company called CORIS, no age ban there.
If you google it I think you will find out that they are based in Slovakia. Many Swedish people here in Thailand use them.
