fair enough, but i does get a bit much hearing about dress sense all the time.
what about more important things like regulations for dunnies:
must provide more toilet paper not just a hose, farlung style not squat (thai) style, no water on the floor ect.

As for dress code I dont think you should have to dress to the hilt but people should take pride in their appearance and some could use with a bar of soap. I think it should be made possible to own a equal share in your house as your thai wife.(papers in joint names) I would like to see the schools ...

i drove to chiang mai 2 years ago in my brother-in-laws car, he suplied the car i paid for petrol, nice drive through loei over the mountains we were in a new honda jazz. i wouldn't like to go by bus.

great concert. my favourite bands were led zeppelin and ac/dc(bon scott) but i can listen to most music
that has good beat and guitar.
