Re: Health Care
mortiboy you are generally right with your comments, however I do believe the NHS has to treat emergency cases for UK born and bred nationals, now living outside of the EC, should they return for treatment. Foreigners are first priority in many aspects, as far as the Westminster government is concern...

Yes Dave it's called rip-off UK and the government leads in that respect. Anything and everything that increases, Mr Brown and/or the chancellor are in first hiking up taxes and everyone else follows. It's been like that for the last 10-12 years.

Re: Baht What up with Dat?????

Hi Valiant I assume you are coming from the UK from your comment, if so then i am not sure it will make a large amount of difference, simply because if you change Pounds to US dollars then the exchange between the two is at a 5 year low ie: 1.68 USD = 1 GBP. If you take Pounds then you will be hit b...

I recall very the speech made by Gordon Brown in his early days as Chancellor when he said at the Mansion House venue and i quote " there will be no boom and bust with this government". The fact that he encouraged the banks to lend silly amounts and at silly rates. These irresponsible policies that ...

Hi git Yes i'm sure your analysis will prevail at some stage ( hopefully sooner rather than later), however it does'nt help when the PM and Chancellor and now the Governor of the Bank of England Harp on about how bad the situation is( Australia has a similar problem). It would be far more benificial...
