also Tom & Jan in A Beer Too Far, we used to play behind the police station
with some of the Tourist Police, if we can get enough interested again we can make it a regular
once a week game .

Hi' Dermot, I have the "Orange Moon" I recently renamed it THE CLAREMAN. Where you from in the ould country? There's a few Irish here in Udon and the surrounding area. George of Fiddlers Green is still here but has closed his bar for the last 3 months , He has changed it into a knicker shop. :mrgreen:

this topic on "Udon's most expensive bar" is well out of date. June 19th 2008, the Orange Moon is under new ownership since September 2008. If you were to do a survey, or a pub crawl, you would find that the Orange Moon is no longer the most expensive bar in Udon, (or even the next most expensive)

Thanks for that bit of important information Wazza. Much appriaciated. We still intend to reopen on Monday but now we will postpone the "Party" until Wedensday 4th. All welcome.

We were due to reopen today Sat 31st. Due to a delay in the building works, we now hope to reopen on Monday 2nd Nov (touch wood) All are welcome.
