I caught Dengue fever about 7 years ago in Kut Chap and was told by the doctors at AEK hospital and was sent home to die on the 6th night ( Dengue is a 7 day cycle ) as my red blood cell count was so low, woke up the next morning with my two girls and wife and shouted “ Fxxk me, I’m still alive!” Pr...

Re: a monkee checks out

Well I liked the shows, but I was quiet young then. One of the best headlines in The Sun newspaper (other than Hammer in the Slammer) “Hey, Hey, we are the Junkies” after admiiting they were all smashed on LSD when they were filming.

Re: Buying Dash Cam - Where?

Going away from Central Plaza go past the bus station on your left and straight across the lights. On your left you have all the shopps selling exhausts, car parts, etc. About half way down there is a large drive-in shop which has an assortment of cameras which they also fit. I had a rear view mirro...

Re: Fuel Injectors and Installation

The reason I changed mine is because of black smoke from the exhaust when pulling away and leaking from the engine when stationary, which first brought my attention to the problem. I had been using the cleaning fluid regularly before that.

Re: Fuel Injectors and Installation

Don’t know what part of town you’re in but lm in Kutchap where there is a good indendent garage. Just had my fuel injectors replaced on my Nissan Pick-up last week, 3100 Baht. The more people you ask the more likely you will come across someone who knows a decent garage in your area. Good luck.

They will install a a camera above the rear bumper and a clip on rear view mirror camera , looking forward ( which automaticall...

Re: Non-Imm O Multi-Entry Visa run

A word of caution, on a 12 month Multiple entry visa you can stay an extra 3 months at the end of the 12 months, you cannot leave Thailand in that 3 months and come back in on the same visa, as soon as you leave the visa is invalid. I found out the hard way a couple of years ago on Friendship Bridge...

Well I won 6000 Baht once and when I picked the winnings up in Prosi Rd I wasn't charged anything but when the girl who paid out took one look at the money and with a big smile on her face she she said " What you do tonight". Still makes me laugh.
