Coming in a bit late on this thread, but if you have this kind of problem my usual 2 options are: 1. Attack the problem. I drive directly at local dogs that have bothered me, they generally learn to keep out of the way. My gf thinks I'm crazy :) but it works for me. 2. If option 1 is not viable then...
