Sorry what I meant to say was that the Nationwide does not charge me for foreign transations, other bank cards I have show a service fee. However as I've learnt above this may not be the case anymore.

Thai Government Savings Bank ATM's (pink colour) do not charge 150bt as far as I'm aware. Also my UK Nationwide Bank does not add a fee so all my withdrawals overseas are free at the moment.
