Having been back here on Holliday for the last few weeks and now missing some proper food

my advice is to firstly get a blood moitoring meter i've seen them in boots/watsons over here. back home in the UK they are oftern given away free,the machines are usually given free by bayer etc to get you to buy the test strips they produce. sorry I am not sure where your from, but please get some...

Hi just seen your post, If your still looking im in Udon at the moment and my wifes uncle makes this type of furniture, we are about 10-15 mins from the Airport (he makes it at his home) normally he makes it to order quite high quality furniture for hotels in Bangkok, But he makes the cheaper stuff ...
