small chilli is the farm in a good location IE near a main road , near electric suppy , mains water ? if it is there are various company's in udon that can build you a house that are based in udon . You can draw a contract with the building company and have the house built in stages and if you are not happy you can terminate the contract at any given time when the stage of construction is complete . The company will do all the running around for you in the local council IE register the land as a home paper work for the location of the house on the plot of land a total stress free way of doing it
On the other hand it may work out a cheap way of doing it but you could control the project yourself IE pay for labour and materials WARNING !!!! this could end in tradigy with misinterpation between what you want and what you get. rice farmers with 1/2 an idea of what they are doing in other words it is a bit of a lottery going down this road.
or whith the rising cost of building material it may pay you to just buy a second hand house in a complex and use the farm land to plant veg or something usefull

    anyway choc dee

Yeah! That's cool chilli, stay away the f**k out there in the sunburnt boonies and not anywhere near me. I like it in the 'burbs with no old white wrinkly buggers building bloody palaces with BLUE ROOFS around me! More bloody coffin dodgers here than you can wave a undertaker at. Slinking into town at the weekends for a quick pint or ten and a good moan while wifey goes and plays cards.... er, goes shopping.

Is it just me or are there more sociopaths in Udon these days?

    Oh, definitely more, Tam.

As you're aware, sociopathic tendencies arise from the lack of childhood experiences involving love or care. I think you need to find a big Bear of a chap to give you a hug, just to make you feel better. Let it all out and don't be afraid to let those tears roll.

    :freak:

I hear there are some pretty understanding chaps down at Molly Malone's....
