looking for french course in Udon

Dears,
My thaie girlfriend would like to learn french, 1 or 2 hours every week.
Currently I am working in Bangkok so I dont have time for her.
Do you know somebody who can learn french to her ? what is the price of lessons ?
She speaks english but if the teacher can speak thai it would be better.
