It's always good to know which Variety is best for your Area, so read a few facts before you purchase ... http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct=j ... FOFAGQSjNQ .....

The Thai's don't use lemons very much , preferring the smaller lime for their somtum etc. So apart from my G&T , a few on my morning pancakes and in my tea we give the rest away.I had two bushes but the wind knocked one down, so I grafted a cutting onto this one . It worked very well, as you can see .
Your lemon trees is absolutely beautiful and I would be very interested in a cutting if that is possible

Depends on variety, but need about 5 years or more. Our Lime tree started fruiting when about 2 metres tall.

Took a couple of cuttings about 9 months ago, put them into pots and basically forgot about them.
Just noticed that they have sprouted a few new branches and leaves (one has even produced some flower which is amazing as it's only about 8/10ins big).
Normally I'd remove the flowers so as not to put any undue strain on the plant, but I think I'll leave this alone, just to see if it manages to produce any fruit (and what size)
