What's the Scoop on Lumpini Condos?

Post by jangregory » May 3, 2017, 5:35 pm

Hope you won't razz me over skipping the classifieds forum to ask you here. Nothing but crickets over there.

Moving to UD. Live in Nong Khai. Want to be downtown with AIS Fibre internet.

What I'm wondering about Lumpini...

Anybody living there could clue me in to the situation? Know anyone with a story old or new?

Is it possible to find empty units and contact owners directly. I'd like to do a long-term lease directly with an owner.

Are there bulletin boards online or real-world for the owners/residents at Lumpini?

Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

There's an office in Lumpini condo that manages rentals. I went there a while back to scope out a few rental condos for my wife's friend.

A quick google search indicated what is (was) available ranged from 9,000 to 15,000 baht/month.

There's also a unit listed on airbnb so for ฿863 per night, book, move in, see if it's all that you are looking for and ask at the office.

From another thread, the following link was claimed to be a good source for those seeking rental accommodation in Udon Thani.

Update

Fully furnished with TV, Fridge sofa, etc can move in today as nothing needed.

8500 per month, have to pay security deposit on top of that, included in the 8500 is the gym, pool car parking

WIFI would need to be connected at your cost ( editted )
