Extending Non O visa- timetable

Can anyone confirm how many days before or after expiry date can you extend please
Or is it same as for 90 day reporting-15 before or 7 days after?

You can extend upto 30 days early. Nothing afterwards

i have done extension at 35 days before expiry ,all will be depending what office and the person handling it ,as info..

Last May I extended 45 days early, but I had come in a few months earlier and got permission from the new Director. I had gotten an Income Affidavit from the US Consular Outreach last November which was good for only 6 months, so it would have expired exactly 45 days before my extension of stay expired. So, I'd say that if you need more than 30 days advance renewal for a good reason, you may be able to work that out by talking to the Director early on.
