In truth who knows ..Not heard that Udon is closed down to non residents the sam as some other provinces . I asked the same question ref a quick non stop return trip to Buriram and decided against traveling ... be prepared to be pulled in tested and have as many docs as poss relating to the medication you need , wouldnt mention the shopping as Saknak does have supermarkets etc.

I had family members move from Sisaket to Udon on Thursday. They didn't have any problems but they usually live in Udon and they left Sisaket early in the morning. One of them was on a motorbike and she left Sisaket at 3.30 am. The car departed at 5.30 am. The early departures were unusual and suggest to me they might have been trying to avoid the BIB.

yesterday I had a truck bring me a tractor from way over Mae Tha, in Lampang Province..almost right across the top of Thailand thru 4 or 5 provinces.. The driver got the paper work from Transport I guess, and showed up late afternoon, and head back straight after..

^^ With a night curfew that supposed to end at 5 AM, I would suggest the girl on the bike was maybe unaware of the 630+ (at last count) arrested for being out and about when they oughtn't have been. Or maybe she had great amulets.

Anyhoo, they're here now and assume they have already checked in with the local puyai bahn, orbortor or whoever's doing the migration and health checks where they live and are now self-quarantining for a couple of weeks.
