My update on our latest AC procurement to add to the new house. Strange when you design something you always add on, now 6 AC units in total.
Did the standard Udon Map members compulsory duty of care 3-shop visit to check prices and finally went back to our default AC provider.

Dragon Air, directly opposite the tyre and mechanical shop at the Nong Sai Ring Road lights.

Gave him the 3 model numbers we wanted, and his price was lower on all 3 units with no haggling except for one brief contorted look from the missus and he dropped again. He did not ask for a price or any quote we had.
I did not go in for the initial quote but walked in later only to provide my buffalo head nod of approval and the debit card scan on the phone.
His lads came out immediately in the afternoon, after the 50% deposit, to install the big ceiling unit he had in stock.
3 days later, as in today, the 2 smaller units arrived and were installed and completed. Very professional and knowledgeable team leader of 3 guys.
They were given a tip when complete for great service.
They service and clean your units when required.

1. Lounge area, Daikin latest release with additional dust control cover (which was not on display or mentioned in the first locations) A Non inverter 220v ceiling cassette 35,000 BTU. This comes with 10 mtrs free pipe.
2. Thai outside kitchen room, Mitsubishi 12,000 BTU, Comes with 4 mtr free pipe
3. Spare utility storeroom, Mitsubishi 9,000 BTU, comes with 4 mtr free pipe, required another couple of meters of pipe for 500 bht.
Includes installation with circuit breakers. Fully enclosed PVC duct on walls. All 3 compressors located under the house.
All up 92,000 bht plus change.
Big C Powerbuy was 106,000, Do Home was over 115,000.
