Buying Dogs in UDON

I'm looking for kennels or breeds in Udon area, does you know about anyone?
Two weeks ago I purchased two Labrador puppies on the corner of the soi who leeds to Nobi's , and now one is sick already.The vet. says that it will not survive.
So next time I will go to a kennel or a breed and buy the dog.
