I agree 100% Mr Wazza, but let me remind all that before going to KK study the plants you intend to buy, don t get fooled by the pic and the saleslady... 2 years ago we purchased orchids from a displayed photographe, surprise surprise the following year the bloom did not match at all. caveat emptor

The best place for rarer orchids is the Thai / Myanmar border market near Prachuap Kiri Khan ( past Hua Hin by 60 km ? )
ok, its way off the radar for Udon, but lots of very cheap +++ rain forest varieties , 30 baht for a small bunch etc.... they have shops there supplying all the wooden supports, soils, compost and I would say I have about a 70% take with mine.
