You seem to forget where you are at. If I were you, I'd walk away and forget about throwing good money after bad. without a will, I'd wager that you will no doubt get the short end of the stick.

Tend to agree with glalt and I made that same decision before I even bought the land and built the house.

I decided then that if it all went tits up, I would just walk away and leave it to all to her.

Life is to short to have Agro or to get Grief from any woman, especially in your later years. So my policy is, just leave them, get a new one and enjoy the honeymoon period
