Dark with continuing darkness until the morning when it will be lighter
Temp now cooler heading towards more cool and then getting warmer once it gets lighter

Visibility Well its dark so cant see right now
Cloud Ceiling Once again cant see any clouds but maybe a few stars

Nong Khai has Toronto beat as the Riviera of the North. The wind chill here is -12 with 2 inches of snow on the ground.

Never did understand the need for people to report WIND CHILL. Its either cold or not
Also Canada doesnt use inches when reporting snow fall so this is therefore misleading
