so what law of Thailand is he breaking ? or are we looking at just a Tourist police shakedown ??

As stated none, however his demeanour and possible Visa irregularities might be a possible reason for the police to get into the act.
I remembr many year ago ( not in this country ) where a man who had an horrible communicable disease, infected as many people as possible beofre he shuffled off this world. The diease was syphillis and the infected were girls, some of whom died.

I suppose I am saying it is just that this person is very transient , no-one knows him, no-one recognises him, nothing is known, that is strange and slightyl unnerving.

TG recognized him as a thief from Pattaya[read earlier posts]&she aint been there for nearly 5 years her mate also said thats him after hearing her discription of him ,, so hes been around for some time

Was in Tesco on Saturday and he was there (1pm). Was there again today and he was there (4pm). He doesn't eat or drink anything and is in a constant state of agitation. I snapped a photo of him from behind so that is no use. When he sat down I was going to take a photo but there were 2 Thai girls near him and didn't want them to think I was a dirty old man taking a pic of them.

Thai staff there must wonder what he is at. If he sits there much longer maybe Tesco/Lotus will consider charging him ground rent.

get a real close up..like 10 inches away from his face, just pretend you are making a call but have the camera on and click one off, if you get one of him holding a mop you will be' Da main man' pompui..go for gold.

Yes The one on the left i have called Toyah (Itsss a mystery..), and the cutie on the right is a looker small + petite,i call her Christina ..... agree the nutty one in the middle does look a bit ruff and needs a visit to the Hair stylists. i call her Britney.
