Barber Shops - dual pricing

Yesterday I visited them for my usual crew-cut and noticed the sign. It's the same as the above however they've added the following line underneath the price "Thank you for coming". Maybe it was added to soften the blow!
If it was 150 bt for everyone I wouldn't have an issue, however adding 50% on top for westerners only is blatant discrimination. They certainly won't be getting my business again!
