Saudet's heaviest rain coincided with the 8 a.m. rush hour this morning. Overcast but cloud cover rising and drying out nicely.

Looks like Cambodia has already taken a plastering and may get more woe next weekend.

FWIW, Thailand Met Office's online offerings (PC and phone app) have been down for several days now but here's the latest track for Molave. It's been shifted north over the last 24-hours and roughly on the same track south of Khon Kaen as the last 'big' one that dumped so much rain towards the south. Wet weekend again.

Rained overnight in Booliam Tammy .. but pleasnt n dry at 10 am as i left ....Dm.on the road now heading for Bkk and its rather calm.n temperate at my Nang Long steak stop at the moment ...it looks like the big fontok will be on the 29th according to accu weather guessemates...

Hiws things in Udon Tamster ? .. seems typhoon Gonad hit the Ph n moved to Vietnam . downgraded to a tropical storn then a tropical depression ..twas supposed to give rain here yesterday but nothing looks like it went some where else.. udon ??? LAOS ..nobreal accurate info .

Very windy here .. no baked bean involvment .. and any syrup wearers should stay indoors or apply extra bonding agent as the strong wing here fir several days .. its chilly but glorious amd very comfortable nin my safari ensomble .

This could be the end of isaans rainy season but im.guessing had enough watter to last until Songkhran .

Cool and overcast in the metrolopuss and Mrs tam's getting the mega laundry done as she says it won't rain. She's seldom wrong on this but I had a great time once when she did and I woke her up at 3 a.m. when it was already pissing down to ask her, 'What's that noise?"

No not the posh part of Udon ..im.actually bannork Buriram at the mo but didnt want to say so UM members pick on me for posting on the wrong thread ..im.a very sensitive chap thanoz .. the missus is in Udon n mi 2 jack Russels but their weather reporting skills are some what tardy ...thats why i ask my mate Tam .. who dont love me anymore cos of airfryer comments (i think) to update me ont weather there...

Gonna stroll.to village shop now ..bit of shop lifting therapy .. .. need mi sardines heggs milk n bleach oh and a gorp.at the sunday girl who works there ..

Never been here at this time of year before & noticed the sun position means I can’t sit comfortably to eat breakers on the patio. Going to have to move the furniture. Or then again, sit somewhere else

We have now moved into the that time of the year when temperatures are hardly ever in the 30+ .
Checked the forecasts, next projected days less than 30 degrees each day even at 1200 hours.
Time to really tidy up the garden and do external jobs, ready for the onslaught of the Hot and Humid weather in a few months.

Indeed KP .. its that time of year again .. my fav , dry with comfortable day time temps and no AC needed over night .. plus the grass stops growing !! ... at least 3 months maybe 4 if global warming hasnt change that.

To um it up in one word .. BLOOMING GLORIOUS

Okay now the weather is certainly moving into cooler times. The upcoming weekend looks decidedly cold in the wee small hours with 13/14 forecasted .
Apart from that days the days are warm, with gentle winds . The weather North or South are the same having gone south for a approx 30 kilometres and North the same distance, stayed the same, a remarkable fact .
But HERE in UDON THANI it was pleasant

Reading in Udon could get down to as low as 12 overnight this Friday n Saturday .. traveled 4 hours South East and i can confirm its more or less the same .. GLORIOUS , late 20s temps , dry pleasant breezy day time and cool AC LESS overnight...

Last cut of the meadow arranged for this weekend that should be it for a good length of time....

Slightly warmer at 0530 as of late, however , looking up saw high cloud cover which tells me why it was warmer, the chill factor gone. 19 degrees as opposed to the 17.5 forecasted .
