Weather in Udon ?

Yes decidedly nippy this morning, but last night at 2200 hours, looking up coul;d see a clear sky and lots of stars therefore I knew it was going to be cold this morning . Luckily this AM hardly a breeze so the sun when it rises will supply warmth as yesterday the wind raised the chill factor.

Must ov been a chilly one ..dao sent mi a pick.ov jack n jill.mi Russels n they are wearing xmas jumpers that even val.doonicon would be ashamed to go out in .

A good analagy Mr Noo.. 14 is cool , 7 is chilly 0 is freezing , i like my chang as close to 0 as poss but inder no circumstance put ice in it ..sacre bleu !!

Btw so at lets say 14 ..whats the wind chill factor ???? Take it to..

Dm still.not had to don his long johns or even a sweater .. us Scunny lads are bulit to withstand sub zero temps and i recall having an inch of snow on my swede whilst working a nigh shift on Scunny steel.works .. its was a 30.min job with 8nhrs pay tho ..

You kno0w it is getting colder as the house does not warm up as much in the day and the evenings inside are cooler as well . Must admit a slim quilt is on the bed now, to stop parts getting too cold .
Showers later in the day now , windows almost closed , certainly colder but unlike the UK not a damp cold

Definately quite a bit cooler here in Udon then where i have been the last few days ... walking the dogs last neet shirtless got a few strange looks from the locals .. as mi dogs had jackets on n i didnt.. forecast overnight lows of 12 n 13 .. LOVE IT.

DAY TIME WEATHER IS GLORIOUS .. bestest time ov year IMO

Glad to see the very early morning temperature up a bit to 17/18, now that is pleasantly cool and an enjoyment to saunter around the garden , while drinking an early morning brew.
Still dry some parts of the garden starting to show lack of water ( those parts I never water anyway), now time to clear out those areas of annual weed growth and get it ready for the rain.

Very lazy morning. In fact I only got out of bed to open the patio doors & windows. Now lying here with a lovely through breeze & considering the amount of burning I saw on the way home last night the air is quite breathable

Patio doors & windows open again. Had breakfast & now gone back to lying on the bed listening to the birds.

My thermometer is only registering 24 degrees but it feels warmer.

Could smell a bit of burning in the distance last night so wasn’t expecting this

Just checked the forecast for the next few days, lows from 11 degrees to 28 degrees, warming up next weekend . Pleasant for some of us, but those been here a few years a tad chilly. Duvets on the bed and woolly undergarments required ...lol

Got home last night & the car gave an outside temperature of 16 degrees. It was pleasantly nippy but I wouldn’t want to have been sitting around outside. Grampa was freezing cold.

I had a fantastic nights sleep without even the fan on

14 last night and forcast 11 overnight tonight ..lovely first time ive used a blanket in years and was please to have mi jack russels to sniggle up.to ...altho little Jilly had terrible doggy flatulence sporadically thru iut the night .
