A Compliment to LEK CAR RENTAL

I needed an extra car this weekend & decided to support an Udonmap sponsor, LEK CAR RENTAL. I reserved a car to be delivered to my house at 12 noon, Friday. I wasn't sure if 1 day would be enough time but 2 days was definitely too long. Danny was nice enough at book 1 1/2 days.

As promised, 12 noon the driver arrives on time, car in perfect shape, clean, gas tank & fluids full, even an English CD in the stereo. I paid the 1 1/2 day rate plus deposit. The car ran great & I arrived back in Udon today just before 12. Less than an hour later Danny, who I have never met, came to pick up the car. Everything was okay so he returned my deposit. Before I even had a chance to mention it, he voluntarily returned my 1/2 day rental. Needless to say I was very happy.

Like many of us, I know I am quick to complain when things go wrong or do not meet expectations. But somehow rarely take the time to give someone a compliment for a job well done. Today I am because they deserve it. THANK YOU to LEK CAR RENTAL.

I knew that Lek Car Rental give good service but I did not know that they bring the car to the customer's
house or hotel. Good to know

Yes lek are very good i use them everytime i come to udon, they will drop the car off and pick up just about anyware.
Last time i was runing out of time and they met me at the complex to pick up the car.

Thats a great advert for LEK.

I have used them for the last 3 or 4 years and also found them to be a top rate company. As has been stated, the vehicles are superb, clean, modern and delivered/collected pretty much anywhere you want. We even had a ride back to the airport when we had returned the car a day earlier, which to me goes way beyond good customer service. Naturally I offered a tip, but this was not necessary nor was it asked for.

I will be using LEK in July/August for 3 weeks. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I can also recommend LEK CAR RENTAL. We rented a car for 1 month last July. Car was waiting at Udon Airport on arrival. A few signatures on the dotted line and off we went. Was a bit unlucky the last day. It was pouring with rain and the car wouldn't start (electrical problem). Gave Lek a call and she sent a couple of lads over to fix it. I will be renting from them for the next 10 years until I buy my own car thats for sure!

I would also add my thanks to Lek for their car rental service. Delivered to Kumphawapi for a reasonable fee at the start, returned at the airport. In excellent order and fully insured. We were stopped three times on a trip through loei to Chiang mai and had our documents checked by the police. No problems.
Contrast that with a local car available to hire. Persistent questioning and evasive answers ended up with the owner admitting that the vehicle had no insurance whatsoever!! Our trip would have ended at the first police checkpoint and I hate to think what would happen in the event of an accident.

Fully agree that LEK should be your first choice. Great service and well maintained cars. Prices no higher then elsewhere.
