can anybody tell me the best place in udon to get new tyres for my honda phantom please

IMHO, you will get the best price & service from Khun Dam, his phone number is 080-757-8004.
His workshop is approximately 1.5Km south of Udon ring road, on the Khon Kaen route 2 (he's on the left hand side heading south). His workshop is set back from the road about 15m, so keep your eyes open for a handful of big bikes outside his shop (he's next door to a furniture place). He used to work for 'Big Cycle' so he knows his stuff... and he has the contacts to order any parts you require. He's an honest lad who won't rip you off, but his English is limited so you might want to take a translator with you if you don't speak Thai. I don't think he's open on Sunday's.

Do any or the Forum members know if this mechanic is still available? I am looking for a knowledgeable Honda Phantom TA 200 mechanic for servicing my wife’s bike . I called the number listed and is out of service.

The big Honda / Kawasaki shop on KK road just south of the Mr. Prajak traffic circle can help you. They did ok on my bikes in the past.
