Budgerigars, hand feeding babies?

I have some budgies who are breeding... I notice they have 3 young n one is not being feed...They are about 4 weeks old.... I think I will have to take the small one out to hand feed it...I watch, n the mother is being mobbed by the 2 stronger birds..

Can anyone please advise of what food I should feed the baby? Cheers Mudguard.

green peas,carrots,cucumber,fresh lettuce.apples.apricots.check internet infant budgie food.

Also spinach is very good for both the chicks and the parents......2 or 3 times a week.

Younger birds, need startin out on something very moist/soft... Best thing I've found is Mynah bird food pellets. Jes add water to moisten 'em up... I take a straw, cut one end to shovel shape, and, feed away... You can add pieces of mango, apple, and, water melon... As they grow up, you'll find they also enjoy fresh house flies... They prefer disabled to dead ones, but eat both con mucho gusto...

Keep ur hands, the food, and utensils clean, both b4 and after feeding...

If ya wanna get them to talk, lemme know...
