Amazing Thailand - not sure if it will replace some of these dodgey Airlines, but at least they supply Parachutes.

Yep saw this in Yaston Province Rocket FESTIVAL some years ago, which is coming soon for this year<>Be WARN these things can in fact be DANGEROUS!

That said, the launch & descent went quite well.
