Boiler maker or competent welder

I would like some pot plant stands made and as I don't possess any welding gear, I would like to pay somebody to do the job for me. Have tried local welding shop but not overly interested. Rock, that is pretty ,much tac welding most of the shops that make ornamental fencing components should be able to do it. I don't have any welding equipment so I can't help.

Go to the places that make stainless gates etc they will have TIG welding equipment there are good welders here
