Panasonic tv repairs

Post by nbm47 » September 17, 2017, 11:35 am

My hdmi card was fried last weekend during the storm and I require a replacement . Does anyone know of a reliable tv repair service in Udon, I have contacted the Panasonic service centre in Bangkok but they can't quote me a date as they
work regionally.

had a similar problem with my LG when I was using the Home Cable digital box that connects to the TV via HDMI.. Power outage caused some type of surge through the digital box which toasted my HDMI outlet. Had it fixed at Amorn (old Big C 1st floor west side) although I wasn't entirely pleased with the fix. Home Cable said the Chinese digital boxes were crap since they too were getting fried during any power outage but tried to say the box had nothing to do with my HDMI outlet getting toasted. Needless to say I deinstalled those boxes...

Yeah it's not a power surge it's known as a brown out.you can get your tv fixed but as sure as eggs are eggs it'll happen again.you must feed all your power through a ups box.its an uninterrupted power supply.surge protector isn't going to do bo diddley.trust me I've got them all over the house and don't have any problems now.oh and when you get power outages it's a drop in power and usually effects hdmi, remote sensors in TVs or at the worst power supply boards.tv repair men usually know what's what as they fix many every day of the week.i learned the hard way and have had this sort of crap 3 times on 55 inch TVs.so you've been warned.dont believe me just google it.

Just to hop on the back of this thread can anyone recommended a good value tv repair man in udon?

I've got an older samsung LCD tv that needs fixing. We have used it trouble free for nearly 7 years then gave it to the outlaws...after a month its gone pop during a thunder storm.

Have also got a surround sound system Where the wireless rear speakers have stopped connecting so need that looked at as well.

Thanks.

Another classic case of a brown out.gave my inlaws 32 LCD and its bit the dust.if it won't start up its the power supply board needs replacing.remember when fixed it will do it again, even on standby.

I haven't used him in years, but I know he's still in operation.......as you're coming down the one-way street with the post office and the Maya restaurant on your right, about 50 to 75 meters past the Maya there's a small shop that does repairs.
