Make easy to read and for me to go through..and when you write down what you want/miss seeing her in Udon you must think of things like we have to find the products making the food here in Udon-Thani..Lotus,Big-C,Macro and others.
Another thing is do you want order to eat at home,delivered buy Grab/Panda or other..Price you're willing to pay per meal.Any more info like opening hours,7 days a week or 3-4 days a week.Any important info is welcome.

You might wounder why i ask you this,well my wife want to work here in Udon and she loves making food,you know here by the name Nok Resturant at Nongsam Rong Rd..now closed.So just make a list of top three things what you miss and want to find here in Udon.

Taqueria fare- tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, etc.
With sides of refried beans, spanish rice and salsas and mexican chili sauces.

Slats, both Villa and Macro have quite a lot of Mexican ingredients. I make my own Spanish rice and refried beans, ditto I make my own salsa rather than buying. Enchiladas are easy to make. If you want I can send receipes.

I make them myself also. Sometimes im just too lazy and would prefer to order or go to a restaurant. I also have a tortilla press to make fresh corn tortillas.
