Health Update on Steve From Steve's Bar
I heard from a reliable source that Steve (Shephen George) of Steve's Bar and Restaurant, and former owner of T-Bar Restaurant, had a stroke a few days ago and is still in Udon Thani Hospital. Does anyone have an update on his condition?
Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

To put a more sensible view on this event, i was informed that he was taken to hospital following a problem on the golf course with his legs. Found a blood clot thay are busily trying to liquify using drugs before any further medical intervention is dealt with. HE HAS Had problems before regarding this situation and luckily his previous experience warned him before a total stoppage occurred.
That was the update I received as of yesterday , things may have changed since then and judging by the time this will be posted probably out of date by then

Sad news indeed. Hopefully they caught it early enough and he'll be on the mend a.s.a.p. I suffered a stroke here in Udon in 2005. Certainly slowed me down but I'm here to tell the tale today. I was in Paolo Memorial Hospital. Now Bangkok Hospital where I still go for check-ups.

Wasn't a stroke but not absolutely sure what it is yet but it has completely demobilised the lower part of my body

Thank God, Steve! Good to hear it straight from the horse's mouth. Nonetheless, it sounds pretty serious. I hope the docs can get a handle on it quickly and get you back up and running. I'm praying for your full recovery my friend! Please keep us updated on your progress!!!!!

I spoke to Steve and he was discharged from Hospital, yesterday (Christmas Day) he is at home but he says he has a lot of hard work ahead of him to get anywhere near to where he was prior to being hospitalised. Mostly physiotherapy, I believe. However, his return home ca be considered the BEST Christmas Present for his numerous friends and his Family.
