Finding a business to buy?

To find a business for sale, other than looking at this Website, FBI and Sunbelt does anybody have any suggestions where else to look?

Also the vast majority of businesses are Restaurant, Bars, Resorts etc... from westerners. There must be other types for sale? Also where do the Thais sell theirs?

try the bizxchange site and a few of the thai banking websites, some have their own property sale pages.
