there is a plot of 85 "waang" for sale in my neighborhood, with a 2 meter high wall and fence, 20 meters inside a soi of the main road near Nong Sai, about 4~5 km from Udon Thani, for sale at 700 K Baht. (i (farang) didn't ask for the price just my wife did hear it through the usual gossip, so it is the regular price not inflated for the farang.)
If you want contact me, there seems to be more land for sale around the area...not dirt cheap prices nor inflated farang prices, just the regular prices..

If you hear anything about land for sale between 1 Rai and 2 Rai, I am very interested as I am planning to move to Thailand later this year...
