IMHO it's not a flattering presentation for a home you are trying to sell for 4+ Mil Baht!
It'll be worthwhile to get better photos. Not stair cases, bathroom doors, long distant frontage etc. and orientate them correctly with more specified detail. eg. Age, Fixtures/Fittings, views/aspects etc.
