-rent to own term can be from 1 to 3 years
-30% deposit plus first month payment is due when contract is signed and deposit is applied towards the purchase price
-base rent plus a small house payment is due every month
for example, for this house on a 3 year term:

1st year 36,000 THB plus deposit amount has been applied towards purchase of house
