3.7 million for them all----- each has 3 bedrooms ...should rent out for min 8,000 month as single inner city rooms near by rent for 4,000 a month....so......8,000 baht---??.... x 3= 24,000 x 12 months 288,000 return per year. (7.7%)

I have been overseas---but will place them with an agent next week.
